The handbook’s purpose is to help prospective and acting judges in enhancing their legal opinion writing skills. It focuses on practical issues, includes exercises and provides examples of real court decisions, numerous recommendations based on the experience of foreign countries, European in particular. Trainers and teachers can find it instrumental in developing and conducting training sessions on court decision writing. This handbook is not available in English.
