This reference book was produced by the local organization Pro-Media in co-operation with the National Commission on Access to Information, and with support from the OSCE Spillover Monitor Mission to Skopje. It aims at encouraging a more responsible media, a more active civil society, increased transparency in governance and a reduction of corruption, all of which will build public trust in Government and state institutions.
