The SMM observed a decrease in ceasefire violations at and around Donetsk airport and a tense situation east of Mariupol. In the Luhansk region the SMM observed sporadic ceasefire violations and conducted crater analysis in several locations. The SMM observed long lines of civilian vehicles queuing to cross the line of contact in both directions.
