OSCE supports study visit to North Macedonia for Tajik women politicians

Eight prominent women politicians from the Alliance of Women Parliamentarians of Tajikistan have helped promote the issue of gender mainstreaming in a study visit to Skopje, North Macedonia. The event was part of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe’s support to gender mainstreaming, and was jointly organized with the OSCE Mission to Skopje from 29 March to 1 April 2022.
Strengthening criminal justice capacities to combat gender-based violence focus of OSCE-organized roundtables in South-Eastern Europe

From January to March 2022, the OSCE convened the second round of meetings of the Multi-Agency Committees in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia. The committees were established as part of the OSCE’s project Enhancing Criminal Justice Capacities for Combating Gender-based Violence in South-Eastern Europe.
OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina donates books to schools on International Women’s Day

OSCE Mission to Montenegro supports children and youth survivors of gender-based violence

The OSCE Mission to Montenegro recognizes the essential work that the organizations ‘Women’s Safe House’ and ‘SOS Podgorica’ do in providing a safe refuge to women and their children from gender-based violence, complementary to social and judicial response. In support of the ongoing national efforts, the Mission donated around 300 books and arts and crafts sets for children and youth survivors of gender-based violence on 22 February 2022 in Podgorica.
Gender equality in parliament focus of OSCE workshop for members of parliament, political parties and judges in Tajikistan
